Here are some of the questions that we receive most often. If you still have something you’d like to know, don’t hesitate to contact us for more details, and we will do our best to help you get all the information you need.

Do you create custom candles or melts for birthdays, weddings, etc.?

Absolutely! A basic, custom candle will start with the type of wax and scent you'd like for your candle. You can choose other options such as additional scents, color and more! If it's for a birthday, anniversary, etc., you can customize a short message on the label.

We do favors for that special occasion as well such as showers, birthday parties and weddings. Please feel free to contact us to work out details and receive a quote.

What kind of wax do you use?

We strive to have clean wax in our candles and melts. All of our candles and wax melts (containers) are 100% soy wax. The wax melts that are shaped, are made with a soy/coconut wax mix. All waxes are all-natural and free of toxins.

What is your return policy?

We understand that each scenario is unique and we strive to make everyone a happy customer. We have a 7 day return policy which is only for damaged items upon delivery. Proof of damages will need to be provided within those 7 days of receiving your order. We will not provide a refund/return/exchange for custom candle orders as well as for not liking a particular scent once it's been delivered.

What if a scent is out of stock?

For scents that are out of stock for the size you'd like to order or just in general, you can be notified when it comes back in stock or pre-order and that candle will be made available for you!

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we do not. We currently ship only to the USA, but we hope to be able to add that to our options in the very near future.

I want to sell your products in my store or at my booth, do you offer wholesale pricing?

Absolutely! We have lots available for wholesale if you're wanting to sell them in your storefront or booth. Please send us an email at SouthernShoreFL@gmail.com and we would be happy to give you our wholesale pricing and scent list.
