Our Shipping Policy

Everything You Need to Know

Orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.

Custom Orders: Please allow 1-2 weeks for creation and candle processing time. We will update you during each process.

Returns & Refunds

We understand that each scenario is unique and we strive to make everyone a happy customer. We have a 7 day return policy which is only for damaged items upon delivery. Proof of damages will need to be provided within those 7 days of receiving your order. We will not provide a refund/return/exchange for custom candle orders as well as for not liking a particular scent once it's been delivered.
